Dr. Shoresh is a dentist whose drill makes a noise which bothers his neighbors. Mostly, it bothers Atzmon, the chairman of the condo committee of a building in a typical neighborhood in Holon.
Atzmon finds it difficult to handle all the demands of the tenants. In particular he finds it difficult to deal with Dr. Shoresh, his great rival, and even more so since the elections for the chairmanship are coming up. Jimbo, Atzmon’s nephew, comes to visit and aids his uncle in creating a militaristic tactic for ending all Dr. Shoresh's election contemplation. Dr Shoresh's daughter, Dina, enters the pictures thereby making everything even more complicated for Atzmon. A wild comedy which will keep you on the edge of your seat.
